Your right to withdraw within 14 days<\/b><\/h1>\n

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel your purchase, without needing to provide any reason or incur any penalty, as stipulated by EU Directive 2023\/2673 and consumer protection laws applicable in your country.<\/p>\n

When the right of withdrawal does not apply
<\/b>The EU Directive 2011\/83\/EU lists several categories of goods and services that are excluded from the right of withdrawal within 14 days. The following sections deal with cases that may apply to this shop:\u00a0<\/p>\n

  • Digital content downloaded with your explicit consent
    <\/b>When purchasing digital content (downloadable files, streaming videos, online courses with immediate access, software licenses, etc.) and expressly requesting its immediate supply, thereby acknowledging the loss of the right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal period no longer applies \u2013 Article 16(m) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU. Explicit consent is gathered at the point of payment.<\/li>\n
  • Services started during the cooling-off period at your request
    <\/b>If you ask us to start providing a service before the expiry of the 14-day cooling-off period, you can still withdraw, but you will have to pay us an amount proportional to the work already performed \u2014 Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU. Your express request is collected at the time of payment.<\/li>\n
  • Personalised multimedia items, perishable, hygienically sealed or sealed
    <\/b>Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable goods), sealed items for hygiene or health protection reasons which have been opened after delivery, and sealed audio, video recordings or software which have been opened after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal \u2013 Article 16(a), (c), (d), (e), (i) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU<\/li>\n
  • Accommodation, rentals, catering or leisure services provided
    <\/b>Services tied to a specific date or period of performance are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as accommodation other than residential accommodation (hotels, holiday homes), vehicle hire, goods transport, catering and leisure services, such as tickets for events, pursuant to Article 16(l) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for services and digital content, from the day the contract was concluded) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal, such as digital content you started to download or stream after agreeing to lose that right.
