Order processing
After you have completed your online purchase, your order will be prepared and shipped, subject to point 2.
Customer contact
Happy Frizz customer service will contact you via WhatsApp, e-mail or phone to confirm that you have the empty canisters to return and to arrange a date for the courier to collect them from your home.
Prepaid collection label
The courier will send you by e-mail a prepaid label, at no cost to you, to be printed and attached to the box with the empty returnable canisters.
Preparing the Shipment
