Follow these simple steps to receive your Happy Frizz refills by replacing empty canisters:
Order processing
After completing the online purchase, your order will generally be processed the same day or, at the latest, the first working day thereafter, subject to the provisions of point 2.
Customer contact
Order dispatch is subject to the advance collection of empties. Happy Frizz customer service will contact you via WhatsApp, email, or phone to confirm that you have empty cylinders to return (of any brand, even if not Happy Frizz) and to arrange for collection from your home. Collection can be arranged for the same day or the next working day, depending on your availability.
Prepaid collection label
The courier will email you a prepaid label, at no cost to you, to print and affix to the box containing the empty cylinders. Once collected, the empties are received at Happy Frizz's warehouses the next working day, and the dispatch of refills immediately proceeds, which generally arrive within 48 hours.
Delivery times for refills
Considering the entire process (collection of empties, receipt of empties at the company, and dispatch and home delivery of refills), the average times are very rapid, estimated at around 4–6 working days. Any delays in the collection of empties may extend these timings.
