RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if the Customer has the status of “Consumer” as indicated by the aforementioned legislation, he/she has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without having to provide reasons. Reimbursement of the amount paid shall be made on condition that the goods are returned in the manner indicated below.
Time and Modalities for the Exercise of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of the date on which the Customer received the products.
To exercise this right, you must inform the Company of your intention to withdraw using the form below. Once completed, you will receive a notification with the form details and the date and time your request was sent. Upon receipt of this request, the Company will send the Customer written confirmation that the communication has been received.

Return of Products
The Customer shall return the products within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal by sending them to the following address:

Alternatively, you can use a FedEx Express point, which will be indicated at the time of your request. Here are the FedEx Express points: https://local.fedex.com/it-it or Happy Frizz customer service can organise the pick-up for the customer.
In the reason for the return package, you must indicate: “Return for credit HAPPY FRIZZ S.R.L.” and the order number.
To initiate the return procedure, the Customer must provide the following data:
- First and last name;
- Email;
- Telephone;
- Order number;
- Address and Delivery Date;
- Reason for Return (optional);
Return costs will be borne by the Customer if he chooses to ship the goods himself; no costs will be due if FedEx Express points are used for the return.
Refund
The refund of the amount paid shall be made without delay and in any case within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, using the same method of payment chosen at the time of purchase. The Customer shall not incur any costs for the refund. The Company reserves the right to withhold the refund until receipt of the returned products or until the Customer provides proof of shipment. To obtain a full refund, the products must be returned:
- undamaged and unused;
- in the original packaging, including labels and seals;
- undamaged.
The Customer shall be liable for any decrease in the value of the products caused by any manipulation carried out to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning; in such cases, the Company may apply a reduction to the amount to be refunded.
