Where can I refill my CO₂ cylinder?
If you want to refill universal cylinders, either with ACME screw-on or quick-connect connections, you can do so:
- Via our e-commerce site https://happyfrizz.it/ , under “CO₂ top-ups”, for the sole cost of the top-up, following the “empty for full” procedure, and you will receive them directly to your home.
- Contact our customer service via WhatsApp at no. +39 388 9870342 to find the physical point of sale nearest to you! We will answer you from Monday to Friday, non-holidays, from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 13:30 to 16:00.
How to buy CO₂ refills online on our site?
On our website you can buy CO₂ universal refills, both with ACME screw-in and quick-connect couplings, and receive them directly to your home.
Empty-for-full procedure“
Follow these simple steps to receive your Happy Frizz refills by replacing empty canisters:
- Order processing: after you have completed your online purchase, your order will be prepared and shipped, subject to point 2. The cost of shipping is already included in the purchase price.
- Customer contact: Happy Frizz customer service will contact you via WhatsApp, e-mail or telephone to confirm that you have the empty canisters to return and to arrange a date for the courier to collect them from your home.
- Prepaid withdrawal label: the courier will send you by e-mail a prepaid label, at no cost to you, to be printed and attached to the box with the empty returnable canisters.
Preparing the Shipment
- First withdrawal: place the empty cylinders in a box at your disposal.
- Successive refills: you can use the same box received with the delivery of full cylinders, making the process quick and easy.
The gasser does not gas
- The cylinder may be empty. Weigh the cylinder: if it weighs 800 g it is empty.
- Two gaskets instead of one may have been inserted in the gasser by mistake: Unscrew the canister from the gas cylinder, turn it upside down and check whether there is one or more gaskets inside the housing.
- The cylinder is badly secured. Screw the cylinder in more tightly.
- The gas pressure “plunger” is out of place, Use pliers to pull it out and replace it, taking care not to break the o-rings.

The water is poorly carbonated
- Check the presence of the gasket. Unscrew the canister from the gas cylinder, turn it upside down and check whether or not there is a gasket inside the housing. If it is not present, insert the spare one found inside the gas canister.
- Press as many times as you want to fizz the water, we recommend using cold refrigerator water
- The cylinder is running out. Visit one of our dealers to purchase a refill cylinder or purchase a refill online on our website https://happyfrizz.it/ with the “empty to full” service, for the sole cost of the recharge.
The cylinder was short-lived
- Check the presence of the gasket in the gasser. Unscrew the canister from the carbonator, turn it upside down and check whether or not there is a gasket inside the housing. If it is not present, insert the spare one that you will find inside the gas canister (in a white bag).
- The cylinder is fixed too tightly. Unscrew the cylinder slightly.
- The gas pressure “plunger” is out of place, Use pliers to pull it out and replace it, taking care not to break the o-rings.
